Creativity Fitness Workshops for Educators

Our on-site Creativity Fitness workshops for educators are bespoke and tailored to your teachers’ needs. These workshops come in many formats and their length ranges from 2h to several days and can be adapted for 10 to 100 people. We offer experiential creativity workshops for teachers that can be fitted into professional days or educational events and conferences. The workshops are hands-on and participants will experiment with creativity development techniques and do creative work rather than sitting and listening to experts talk about it. They will develop new solutions, ideas or projects using various idea-generating tools such as guided visualization, storytelling, brainstorming, art, drama, mind mapping, photo language, mindfulness and other creativity stimulation tools.

Creativity Fitness Courses for Students

Our on-site weekly Creativity Fitness courses for students are 2h long and run for 1 or 2 semester. A minimum of 10 sessions is required to ensure a sustainable result. The courses aim at developing students’ understanding of the creative process. They will identify and master their own idea producing techniques through fun games and creativity challenges. Students will constitute a “creativity toolbox” to help them develop an idea generating routine. The courses are hands-on and students will develop new solutions, ideas or projects using various idea-generating tools such as guided visualization, storytelling, brainstorming, art, mind mapping, photo language, random associations, sketchnoting and other creativity stimulation tools.
